The house is built in a way that it can be expanded. We have constructed a hinge system to make the house capable of being folded, unfolded and moved.

You, the customer, could combine several prefab houses to make a larger home to meet your needs.
Starting from 8 feet wide by 20 feet long, it can be unfolded to a total size of 21 feet wide and 20 feet long. Once unfolded, this house becomes a 2-bedroom, 1-bath, large kitchen and living room, complete with windows and walk-out patio.
